The Darkest Eye: Created in multiple phases. Linear elements of transparent green glass flow between shades of gray, becoming especially captivating when illuminated from behind. Slender glass accents were then carefully placed on the surface and returned to the kiln adding texture and a subtle tactile dimension.
Rhapsody in Blue: Hard not to stare with rapturous abandon into this arresting assiette, 10 inches of pellucid azure, marked with a metallic, modernist design and a streak of pinkish gray. A soothing sonata for the eyes.
Periwinkle plate: This 5.75-inch indented dish is awash in purplish blue, within which De Stijl-esque designs of white, black and yellow float aimlessly, almost happily. if geometric figures were capable of happiness.
Fire of Creation: An initial kiln firing for various pieces of artwork crafted by this artist.
